Thank you all for your participations in FAGOC's 2nd tournament at the Lakewood Country Golf Course. While missing some players, 22 made it and delivered another exciting and successful tournament. Awesome!
Congratulations to the winners!
In Class A, it became a tight contest between two top players - Hazen "Pareng Dong" Yu (HI = 10) and Jojo "the Idol" Valerio (HI = 11). In the end, they were separated by a single stroke with Hazen prevailing at 76 net score. Brilliant games, gentlemen (carding the best gross scores of 86 and 88) and Congratulations to Hazen for his first victory of the season! Watch out for Hazen as I've witnessed some of his best games. In other words, consider yourselves warned!
In Class B, Dr. Oscar Ortiz quietly but surely dominated with his net score of 70. He actually bested all players being the only one at under PAR; in fact, he was at minus 2 (70). The closest player behind him was Dr. Joe but at a distant 74. With this victory, Dr. Oscar takes over number #1 ranking in the FedEx contest.
